Call to Order and Establish of Quorum – 6:04 pm Carrie Chris Cori Shelley Meg on Zoom
Approve Meeting Minutes – Approved over email

Manager’s Report – Since last board meeting
Concrete pads installed – Green Spaces Everyone was pleased with the work
Basketball court seal coat replacement (warranty) – Superior Aggregates will have to pay to have the court restriped{cost $2655.00 by Coatings,Inc.] Carrie motioned to have cracks repaired and stripping completed Cori seconded the motion All in favor. Meg offered to look into other bids for stripping, if cheaper.
Playground border repaired, graffiti removed, trash can handles replaced Carrie offered to check all of the handles to make sure they are correct.
Informed dog training business that businesses are not allowed to operate in the park. Meg received an immediate response back from the business that They will cooperate and not use the park any longer. Thank you again Meg!
Old Business Meg informed us that the company that does the base on the basketball court is not responsible for the stripes over the base
New Business
Snow removal 2026/2027 Green Spaces will send us a bid for snow removal and we will evaluate their work at the end of the winter season
Basketball court crack sealing $448 approval to have the cracks fixed
Website-Chris long discussion concerning the need for the park to have a website. Chris made a beautiful rendering of a park website for us. Decision to table this vote until the final in person board meeting in October.
Homeowner Open Forum no owners were present
Adjournment Board meeting was adjourned at 7:16 PM Motion made by Cori, Carri seconded All in favor. Meeting adjourned 7:16 PM
